Using this website means accepting all terms and conditions written on this page.
2. Uploaded images
All the images uploaded in the Universal Collection or the auction section must be in your property or in the public domain. It is forbidden to upload other images than the ones states above.
3. Auctions
Both buyers and sellers must agree of the following conditions.
a)Seller conditions
The seller agrees to :
- - list only real items in his/her possession, with legal right to sell them
- - list the item in the category where it belongs
- - write real data about his/her item
- - not bid on his/her own item directly or using another user created for this purpose
- - send the item to the winner of the auction (if there is one)
b)Buyer conditions
The buyer agrees to :
- - bid only if he/she is really interested in purchasing the item
- - send the seller his/her full mailing address with any additional details that are required to the seller can send the item to the buyer
- - send only real data to the seller
4. Users
All the users of the website agrees to :
- - have a decent behavior
- - provide only real data while registering
- - not abuse of the offered services
- - respect the other users
- - report any problems
5. Webmaster
The webmaster agrees to :
- - not provide a user details to another user or to a third party
- - follow the same rules as a normal user
