| Rev. Description | Denomination around the Morgan Lewis sugar mill, St. Andrew, Barbados is the last sugar windmill to operate in Barbados: It stopped grinding cane commercially in 1947. The mill was given to the Barbados National Trust by the late Egbert Lawrence Bannister for preservation as a museum. It is completely intact, rollers and all, but the sails were unable to turn until its restoration which was completed in December 1999 |
