About the ads on the website

Tired of so many ads? We are too ... but we need them for the platform maintenance (we have over 1 TB of files).

A few years ago we implemented a points system for people that contribute on our platform (click here for details on how to earn points).

What do you get?

By activating the subscription, you will benefit from:

  • Ad-free browsing across the entire website
  • Faster page loading experience
  • A way to support the platform at no real cost
Starting June 2021, if you don't want to see ads (who wants?) you can subscribe with 75 points/month to such an option. The subscription auto-renews every month, but you can cancel it at any time.

How do you earn points?

Points are earned through your contributions on the website:

  • +500 — for any idea to improve the website
  • +25 — for adding a new coin or banknote
  • +18 — for adding a new collectible item
  • +5 — for updating an existing catalog item

How do you activate it?

  1. Log in to your account (click here)
  2. Go to the Subscriptions page
  3. Click the Subscribe button on the "No Ads" card
