General Description Bahawalpur AH1359 (1940) 1/4 Anna.

Note; The AH1359 (1940) coinage was the very last Bahawalpuri coinage that was ever struck.

After the abolition of the Emirate of Bahawalpur by the Dominion of Pakistan's government in 1955,Amir Sir Sadiq Mohammed Khan V Abbasi retained his title.Therefore,he was the titular Amir of Bahawalpur until his death in London in 1966.
