This Permanent™ stamp features international superstar Shania Twain. Born Eileen Regina Edwards in Windsor, Ontario, on Aug. 28, 1965 and raised in Timmins, Ontario. Her fame began with the release of her debut album, Shania Twain, in 1993, and her 1997 album Come On Over became the best-selling country album of all time.. She has won 5 Grammy and 12 JUNO awards, among many other honours. She was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2011, and recently has been headlining a two-year residency at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. |
