| General Description : | Serie: 1, Type: R, Stamps in serie: 1 On the occasion of the inaguration of airmail routes for the transport of mail in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, Croatian Post Office and Telecommunication (HPT) issued the first postage stamp for airmail between Zagreb and Dubrovnik. The stamp had value of 1 dinar. Motif: The Zagreb Cathedral and a Panorama of Dubrovnik linked by aviation. HPT was offered commemorative first day of issue envelope as well as first day of issue cancellation ("Prvi dan") for sale. |
