Rev. Description	In the lower half, in the foreground, a modern commercial vessel and in the background, the silos in the port of Constanţa, designed by engineer Anghel Saligny; in the upper half, the inscription “100 DE ANI DE LA INAUGURAREA PORTULUI CONSTANTA 1909”.
