General Description Québec City (French: Ville de Québec) is the capital of the Canadian province of Québec. It is the second most populous city in Québec after Montréal, about 233 kilometres to the southwest, Since 1955 the Québec Winter Carnaval Festival events include a winter amusement park, with attractions such as skiing, snow rafting, ice sculptures and snow sled-slides.

Back Description Bonhomme (literally "good man" in French; short for bonhomme de neige "snowman") is the official ambassador of the festivities, a large snowman sporting a red cap, black buttons and a ceinture fléchée.
